Giuli ValMol

I’m a Project Analyst who blends project work with mitigation-focused experience to help teams organize complex initiatives and move toward clear outcomes. In my current role at Banco Continental S.A.E.C.A., I focus on project management and structured analysis.

Previously, I worked as a Mitigation Specialist with the Kansas State Board of Indigents’ Defense and supported operations within the Third Judicial District Public Defender’s Office. I also contributed to case- and release-plan related coordination, strengthening documentation and follow-through.

I bring research strength from my time as a Student Research Assistant in the Biernat Lab at the University of Kansas, along with community-facing experience as a Student Life Ambassador and as a Co-host/Producer of Cavalier Corner English. I’m comfortable gathering information quickly, coding and organizing transcripts, and writing academically to support real work.

I’m motivated by roles where analysis and communication matter—especially work that requires cultural competency, problem solving, and careful attention to records. With a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S.J. in Journalism & Mass Communications, I’m ready to apply my research mindset to projects that serve people and produce measurable improvements.
