I'm currently leading middle and high school cheerleading programs at Johnstown-Monroe Local Schools, directing practices, performances, events, athlete development, safety, and team culture.

At ROMTech, I coordinate time-sensitive orthopedic and cardiac deliveries, patient intake, onboarding, records, and scheduling. I've also managed patient scheduling around surgical timelines and insurance requirements, coordinated medical-device delivery and setup, and maintained compliant healthcare documentation.

I've coached teams of 20 to 50 athletes, adapting training strategies through performance analysis and building strong relationships with athletes, families, and school staff.

My earlier operations experience at Sun Tan City included staff training, scheduling, sales support, inventory, reporting, and customer service. I bring a Health Sciences background, CPR/Basic Life Support certification, and a focus on organized, supportive environments.
