I’m an aspiring economist who wants to grow by applying disciplined analysis to business and market decisions. My goal is to “project my excellence in the industry and promote the reputation of the company in the market worldwide.”

I bring practical valuation experience from working as a bank valuer in the property and home loan section for 1 year, and I’ve also contributed 6 months as a planner and designer. These roles strengthened how I think about estimation, costing, and decision-ready documentation.

I’m comfortable working with structured tools and documentation, including MS Office, XLSHEET, MS WORD, and Auto CAD. I also have hands-on capability in planning & designing, estimation & costing, and I stay focused on producing clear outputs.

On the people side, I’m adaptable and communicate well through both writing and discussion. I describe myself as a team facilitator, hard worker, enthusiastic and self-motivated—always willing to learn and handle people diplomatically.
