At LDI – Laboratório de Desenvolvimento e Inovação, I gather stakeholder needs and specify functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
I refine features with developers and collaborate with the Product Owner on sprint planning and backlog organization in Jira. I also follow Figma prototypes and validate implemented functionality with the people involved.
Previously, I administered an educational platform and managed courses and classes in test and production environments. I ran functional tests, recorded bugs in Mantis Bug Tracker, and supported users.
