What I'm looking for

I’m available for hourly or project-based work in English and Portuguese, remotely or on site anywhere in Brazil. I’m seeking engagements in land and title due diligence, acquisition company due diligence, government procedures, acquisition structuring, registry strategy, expert calls and legal-technology projects.

At Oliveira Netto Sociedade de Advogados, I advise investors, companies and international law firms on acquiring, structuring and regularizing urban and rural land across Brazil. My work spans title diagnosis, government procedures and land projects in areas including mining, agribusiness and energy.

Since 2019, I’ve run two notarial and registry offices in Belo Horizonte as a court-appointed interim administrator for the Court of Justice of Minas Gerais (TJMG). I also founded and chaired the first Notarial and Registry Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar, and I bring that experience inside the registry system to my legal work.

Through Serventia.AI, I founded and operate a SaaS platform applying AI to notarial and registry work. With a background in systems analysis, I design and ship production tools for property-record analysis, document qualification and registry workflow automation.
