What I'm looking for

I want to work in a high engineering environment where I can manage NOC operations and RF/network optimization, troubleshoot under SLA, and continuously improve performance through RCA, capacity planning, and disciplined change management.

I’m a Telecoms Engineer with more than 11-yrs experience delivering telecom and ICT/NOC outcomes project-wise as planned. I bring strong Telecoms and ICT/Networking ability to help teams improve availability, performance, and network reliability.

In RF Drive Test / RF-Telecom roles, I perform 4G LTE drive testing (TEMS log analysis), post-processing, and optimization to address drop cases, LTE integrity/retainability, and throughput issues. I handle neighbor relations, tilt/parameter optimization, PCI swap verification, and Walk Test analysis for In-Building Systems.

In NOC operations, I monitor network performance, availability, and security using management tools, respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them within SLA. I also manage tickets, escalate unresolved/critical cases, maintain network documentation and SOPs, support capacity planning, enforce security policies, and conduct RCA for major incidents with preventive recommendations.

Earlier ICT Officer experience strengthened my end-to-end support mindset—installation, maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting of network and computer systems, LAN setup, router/server/switch configuration, backups, disaster recovery, help desk support, and IT governance.
