At University of St.Thomas, I built and tested an AI-powered cybersecurity incident assistant in Microsoft Copilot Studio using GPT-4.1. It standardized first-hour triage, evidence collection, escalation, and reporting.

I also assessed a managed-security engagement by analyzing vendor scope, cost, service delivery, and alignment with GLBA and organizational requirements. I performed external attack-surface and vulnerability assessments using Nessus and Nmap, and produced plans aligned with NIST guidance.

As an Apple Specialist, I translate technical product capabilities and privacy features into clear customer value for people with different technical backgrounds. I use Python and am seeking to apply analytical rigor to AI model evaluation and data science work.
