I’m looking to lead and grow a mission-driven business where I can oversee operations, manage staff effectively, and apply my leadership, procurement, and training strengths to deliver strong results in a demanding environment.

I’m an initiative-taking businesswoman and creative business owner with a proven track record in the trade industry. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Avidcity Baby Essentials, I oversee the operations of three outlets and procure all stock for the business in Accra.

I’ve also led teams in demanding environments, including supervising reforestation project rollouts in secondary schools as a Field Supervisor and coordinating conferences and meetings as an Executive Assistant. I bring an engaging leadership style, strong staff management, and a talent for training and mentoring successful teams.
