I’m a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience managing complex IT projects using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. I lead cross-functional teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and remove impediments to keep delivery aligned with business objectives. I also spearhead security automation and cloud integrations across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

In my most recent role, I orchestrate enterprise IT projects end-to-end—from kickoff through delivery—while managing timelines, action items, documentation, budgets, and executive reporting. Earlier, as a Project Manager, I managed engineering and construction projects within schedule and budget, coordinated engineering, procurement, and logistics teams, and ensured client requirements stayed aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
