I am looking for a dynamic environment where I can apply my skills and grow in software development and IT support.

I am a motivated IT graduate with a strong passion for technology and software development. My journey in the IT field began with an introductory internship at Tunisie Telecom, where I familiarized myself with corporate IT environments and assisted in basic network troubleshooting and service management. This experience allowed me to develop a solid foundation in handling daily customer tickets and understanding the intricacies of IT operations.

During my second internship at JoodLab, I had the opportunity to build a hotel booking web application for Tunisian clients in Saudi Arabia. This hands-on experience not only honed my technical skills but also provided me with insights into user interface testing and bug tracking. Currently, I am completing my final year internship at Visto Consulting, where I am developing a mobile leave management app tailored to the company's internal processes, further enhancing my ability to deliver practical solutions in dynamic environments.
