I founded and lead Kizuna Therapy & Wellness, a global online mental health platform based in Istanbul that provides culturally sensitive counseling for youth and expat clients.
I oversee a multilingual team of therapists, lead individual therapy and group workshops, and create psychoeducational outreach focused on identity, trauma, grief, and burnout. My work incorporates art and nature therapy-based approaches alongside culturally responsive care.
At HopeInn Rehabilitation Centre, I supported therapists with clinical documentation, patient coordination, appointment scheduling, and supervised individual and group therapy experience. I have also created accessible, evidence-informed mental health content and infographics through Mission Elixir and Social Sharings.
My training includes CBT, DBT, mindfulness, family systems, counseling assessment, and career-related assessments. I’m particularly interested in adolescent burnout and vicarious trauma among women in South Asia, and use SPSS, NVivo, and MAXQDA in research and advocacy work.
