What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead occupational health or urgent care programs, advise on workplace safety policies and medical accommodations, and use clinical leadership to improve employee wellness, culture, and operational outcomes.

I’m a distinguished medical professional with an extensive background in Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care, holding an MD and a valid medical license. With over 40 years of clinical experience, I’ve focused on helping organizations prevent workplace injury while delivering direct, high-quality injury care.

In my physician roles, I’ve advised client companies on implementing comprehensive workplace safety and policies, including strategies for preventing workplace injury and managing care. I’ve also contributed to strategic planning by providing insights directly to the CEO of MultiCare Health System, and I bring strong analytical abilities to navigate complex healthcare challenges.

As a leader, I spearheaded occupational health, injury care, and urgent care initiatives while managing cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes and increase operational efficiency. Earlier in my career, I helped establish the first network of urgent care clinics in Washington state, and I continue to extend my impact through writing on medical topics in occupational medicine and urgent care.
