I’m an accomplished analyst focused on turning performance indicators into clear, decision-ready insights. At Banreservas, I’ve specialized in Power BI reporting and stakeholder communication, helping teams monitor service efficiency and operational risks with confidence.

In my current role as IT Indicators Analyst (July 2025–Current), I designed and delivered multiple Power BI dashboards for IT performance, service efficiency, and operational risks. I also automated data collection and reporting processes, reducing manual workload for the IT team by 70%.

Previously, as a Planning & Strategy Analyst (January 2020–July 2025), I built a comprehensive productivity and performance reporting framework across multiple business units and management areas. I created advanced Excel-based automation models to measure daily productivity, inactive time, absences, and operational efficiency for teleservice agents, digital request officers, and monitoring & control teams.

I’m especially proud of the standardized reporting I’ve delivered: centralized performance databases with automated monthly KPI calculations used by Human Resources, plus interactive Power BI dashboards that let executives analyze productivity at organizational, managerial, supervisor, and individual levels.
