I’m a Digital Delivery Quality Controller with over ten years of experience as a Digital Measuring Tech & Quality Controller. I maintain 100% quality assurance by inspecting and evaluating designs before submission, and I check and assures that clients’ requests are being done.

I’ve also stepped into training and leadership, serving as a lead trainer for the Bogotá Expansion project. I trained newly hired Measurement Technicians on operational procedures and company standards, screened and evaluated competency and accuracy, and acted as Team Leader for newly onboarded technicians.

I provide hands-on guidance in measurement systems like Hipster Browser and the TWISTER system, monitored team performance, and ensured quality and efficiency in measurement tasks. I’m now focused on driving team growth and consistently delivering high-quality results in a flexible work-from-home or hybrid environment through quality assurance, team leadership, and process improvement.
