I’m skilled in defining requirements, shaping product roadmaps, and aligning technology capabilities with business objectives. I also bring strong data analysis and process optimization experience to help improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

As Senior Director, Investment Technology (Allspring Global Investment), I led an 8-person team developing data and applications and supporting technology production and third-party vendor applications. I directed a complex migration of 30+ cloud-based, on-premises, and third-party hosted applications during the Galliard acquisition, delivering a seamless transition of a first business line to the new infrastructure.

Earlier at Galliard Capital Management, I helped move from outsourcing to internal development by documenting and implementing a technology strategy, ensuring standards compliance, and building a data management strategy and application support structure. Before that, I created a business technology team and governance approach that enabled biannual upgrades across multiple business lines.
