What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote accounting role with full overlap with US business hours, available as an independent contractor or through an EOR. I want to own end-to-end accounting work while improving accuracy and efficiency through process automation.

I've owned the full accounting cycle for SECAPRESS, a 12-site, EUR 1M-revenue group, as its sole accounting resource for nearly a decade. I manage AP, AR and B2B collections, payroll, bank reconciliations, VAT filings, and accrual-based month-end and year-end close.

I automate recurring accounting work rather than absorb manual workload. At SECAPRESS, I reverse-engineered ledger imports and built payroll validation files, removing an estimated 40% of manual monthly entries; I also deployed an automated service platform that cut manual operating load by about 30%.

At GMDG, I handle accounting and financial oversight for commercial and residential property assets, including intercompany reconciliations, lease receivables, profitability models, and rental-yield analysis for acquisition decisions. I'm pursuing QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification and work remotely with full US business-hours overlap.
