My journey began as a Mechanical Engineer where I was responsible for coordinating with workers and suppliers, and I quickly progressed to roles that demanded greater responsibility and leadership.

In my most recent position as a Production Manager, I have successfully created and managed daily production schedules, supervised staff, and enforced safety protocols. My proactive approach to problem-solving and my ability to analyze production KPIs have significantly improved workflow efficiency and product quality. I am passionate about fostering a collaborative work environment and continuously seek to enhance operational processes.
