What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an ESL teaching position where I can apply my expertise in reading instruction, critical thinking, and learner-centered strategies to support diverse learners in improving their English communication skills.

At Department of Education/ Tacloban City Night HS, I facilitate English and reading classes for diverse learners, including working students and learners with special needs.

As Reading Coordinator, I lead school-based reading programs aligned with DepEd initiatives and design reading interventions for students at frustration and instructional levels. I conduct oral reading and comprehension assessments and monitor progress.

I develop lessons focused on critical reading, writing, and communication, using interactive, learner-centered strategies in face-to-face and modular learning. I also organize parent orientations and reading programs, including the ARAL Program.
