I am a CIMA-qualified finance leader with over twenty-five years' experience across FP&A, commercial finance, operational finance, and strategic leadership. I currently serve as Finance Director for Late Stage Operations within a global Contract Research Organisation, managing forecasting and bookings for over $500M annually.

I am known for developing robust financial policies, improving forecasting accuracy, and strengthening operational reporting through project-level profitability dashboards and automated BI solutions. I partner with senior executives and investor stakeholders to present financial outlooks and support major transactions.

Previously I led finance through a Management Buy Out at an apprenticeship training provider, securing multimillion-pound investment and growing revenues from £2M to £10M while restoring positive cash flow and implementing SAGE 200. I have delivered training to operational leaders to enable data-driven decision making and measurable project financial improvements.

I am based in Spain and seeking remote roles where I can apply deep forecasting, commercial partnering, and process improvement expertise to drive growth, risk-managed performance, and scalable finance operations.
