What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a supply chain/WMS consulting role where I can optimize warehouse operations and integrations, lead requirements and UAT/FAT/SIT testing, and use tools like Manhattan WMOS, ServiceNow, and Datadog to improve reliability and delivery.

I’m an experienced consultant with 3+ years across Retail, Transportation & Logistics, and Warehouse Management Systems. Currently, I work as a Senior Consultant at IBM in the Supply Chain domain, combining Operations Management and Supply Chain Management with hands-on expertise in Manhattan WMOS (v2018).

I’ve supported end-to-end warehouse operations—Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management, and Cycle Count—while resolving critical production issues across WMS modules to ensure stability and timely client deliveries. I lead requirements gathering, pain-point identification, gap analysis, and process improvement, and I document functional/non-functional requirements while creating and reviewing UAT/FAT/SIT scenarios. I also build operational visibility through dashboards and reporting on ServiceNow and Datadog, and collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver on time.
