At Lyten, I develop and optimize cathode active-material manufacturing processes, establishing process-property correlations and scaling R&D chemistry into commercial production. I lead high-temperature thermal process development using fluidized bed reactors, rotary furnaces, and kiln furnaces.
I've also delivered EPC process design at Ingenero Technologies and manufacturing support at Watson Pharmaceuticals, covering simulation, process safety, equipment qualification, technology transfer, and engineering documentation. I use ASPEN Plus, HYSYS, DOE, JMP, and Minitab to improve process performance, safety, and material quality.
