I've improved batch production at Asiatic Color Chem by identifying an incorrect reagent addition sequence that caused extended Acid Black dye reaction times. My SOP corrective action restored standard batch times and added a verification checkpoint to prevent recurrence.

I monitored 10–15 batch reactions per shift, tracking pH, temperature, viscosity, and color strength while coordinating with operations technicians to address process deviations. I also supported filtration, mixing, drying, solids handling, QC/QA testing, safety documentation, and daily production reporting.

I'm completing an M.S. in Chemical Engineering at Drexel University, where I modeled non-isothermal plug flow reactor behavior in Aspen Plus and supported Process Design I as a teaching assistant. I’m focused on applying process troubleshooting, continuous improvement, reaction engineering, and manufacturing operations skills in process engineering, manufacturing technology, or QA/QC roles.
