At Annie's Desk, I built an Excel RFM segmentation workbook for Raycom, helping the client identify high-value customer segments and prioritize retention efforts. I also delivered data-driven recommendations for Hilton Gates Hotel and Solace Hotel.

My work includes cleaning and analyzing business data, creating dashboards, and translating findings into reports and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. I also bring quantitative research experience from my University of Benin thesis, which used enzyme assay methodology to assess Bisphenol A hepatotoxicity.
