I’m looking for a role where I lead end-to-end workforce/organizational analytics—building production-grade ML/NLP and GenAI pipelines, partnering with stakeholders, and translating insights into measurable C-suite decisions.

I’m a Senior Data Scientist specializing in workforce and organizational analytics, bringing a Ph.D. in Computer Science. At StatusNeo (McKinsey & Company client), I built end-to-end analytics pipelines integrating HRIS and external labor market data to support organizational design and talent strategy across multiple McKinsey engagements.

I focus on production-grade ML and GenAI: I developed skill taxonomy and role classification frameworks, designed proxy-based benchmarking for talent insights, and led ETL/warehouse management in Amazon Redshift—reducing analytics processing time by 3x (from ~3 days to ~12 hours).
