I’ve worked across Record to Report (Finance) at EXL Services, handling general ledger journal postings in the company ERP, preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, and running variance analysis on unusual balances. I’ve also supported fixed assets accounting (depreciation and amortization), coordinated with auditors, and managed month-end close to keep financial reporting on schedule.
