What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to private equity fund accounting, investor reporting, capital flows, and global fund operations, drawing on my experience in asset management, private credit, portfolio reporting, and financial modelling.

At AV Fincorp, I build investment models and investment memos for data center, real estate, infrastructure, and private credit opportunities, covering IRR/MOIC sensitivities, debt structuring, covenant analysis, and cash flow waterfalls. I also prepare investor-ready portfolio performance summaries for family office principals.

Previously, I supported US real estate portfolio reporting and NAV analysis at Goldman Sachs, assessed creditworthiness and covenant compliance at Royal Bank of Scotland, and built financial controls, budgeting, MIS dashboards, and accrual-based reporting as Co-Founder of First Principle Coffee. I bring 7+ years across asset management, private credit, credit analysis, valuations, and financial statement analysis, with CFA Level II cleared.
