At Infosys Limited, I built Ansible and PowerShell automation that reduced Windows Server patching cycles from 14 to 3 hours across 1,000+ servers. I also developed Terraform and Ansible workflows for Linux and Windows provisioning, SAP deployment, and infrastructure validation across hybrid environments.
I developed Infosys Polycloud Platform features for workflow orchestration, operational dashboards, and ITSM ticket assignment, integrating identity and email services. In my Kubernetes SRE Incident Automation Platform project, I built Python health checks, GitOps delivery, Prometheus and Grafana observability, and incident triage workflows.
