I am an experienced general laborer with a background in customer service, maintenance, stocking, and custodial roles gained across retail, food service, and distribution settings. I hold an Associate Degree in Business Administration and have hands-on experience performing physical tasks, equipment support, and basic maintenance duties.
I am seeking first-shift temporary or contract work, full-time or part-time, and I am willing to train for specific roles such as forklift operator. I can perform heavy lifting up to 75 lbs and prefer positions in warehouse, manufacturing, landscaping, assembly, or mailroom and retail merchandising.
I am motivated to return to steady employment after a period away and bring reliability, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic to entry-level and general labor positions.
