At HMH, I lead six QA engineers delivering quality across curriculum products through manual and automated testing. I build and maintain Cypress and Playwright automation suites, run cross-browser testing through BrowserStack and LambdaTest, and improve QA workflows with Claude and Jira Rovo.

I've delivered end-to-end testing across insurance, Shopify, mobile, web, and commercial operations environments. My work spans functional, regression, API, integration, system, UAT, database, device, and cross-browser testing, with Postman, SQL Server, Oracle, Jenkins, Jira, and JavaScript.

I also conduct accessibility testing and prepare VPATs using Axe, WAVE, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, ChromeVox, and Accessibility Cloud to help teams validate WCAG compliance.
