I'm looking to lead quality engineering for enterprise SaaS products, building scalable automation, CI/CD quality gates, and AI-assisted testing workflows while mentoring teams and improving release confidence.

At Cornerstone OnDemand, I own quality engineering for the CSX-Recruiting platform, modernizing automation and directing release quality across major releases, patches, and hotfixes.

I built a Playwright framework from scratch for a core Recruiting repository, including architecture, POM structure, and CI/CD integration. Through parallelization and optimized wait strategies, I reduced suite execution time by approximately 70% while sustaining 70–75% automation coverage across UI, API, and integration layers.

I bring 11+ years of experience across Cornerstone OnDemand, TCS, TIBCO Software, and Infosys, building automation frameworks, reusable API suites, and regression strategies for enterprise products.

I also apply AI-assisted engineering through Amazon Q, AWS Bedrock, and LLM-powered tooling, including a Chrome extension that generates Jira-ready bug reports from screenshots and logs. I enjoy setting practical quality standards, leading cross-functional teams, and making release decisions faster and more reliable.
