What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Data Entry, Data Cleaning, Virtual Assistant, Data Processing, or Administrative Support position where I can use my IT knowledge, Microsoft Office skills, and documentation experience to provide accurate and reliable services while continuing to develop my professional skills.

At Innovii Digital Services, I completed an IT / VAS & Digital Services internship and training, checking and verifying information across digital services. I also supported documentation and reports, and tested IVR, USSD, applications, and other services.

I used Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to organize information and record testing results. I also worked with service information, databases, and logs, and developed practical knowledge of Linux and MySQL.

As a Somali Language & Technology Teacher, I taught Somali and prepared educational materials and student information. I’m interested in Data Entry, Data Cleaning, Data Processing, Virtual Assistance, and Administrative Support roles.
