Currently responsible and accountable for leading a core team of architects and designers to re-architect Teradata’s SQL Engine to be cloud native. Capable of building teams to take on end to end complex features.

Headed a 200+ Database Engineering Team at Teradata, Hyderabad. Handled quite a few key critical projects as part of Teradata R&D Labs, Hyderabad (2004-2023).

As a support / liaison for Microsoft's Project Managers at Redmond, established a strong communication channel between the development teams at Hyderabad and Redmond by playing the role of a Program Manager for a 50+ strong development team at Microsoft’s Operations Services IT Group

Managed all projects related to Sales. As a Development Lead, I was instrumental in gathering requirements, designing the database schema, developing middle tier/UI/UX and responsible for implementing Pricing Sub Systems and Sales Forecast System.

As a Database Architect, I was responsible for handling all Loop Qualification System (LQS) projects that was the core module for order taking on the web. Led a cross-functional team of 15 developers and delivered a reliable and stable system that was mission critical to order taking

As a consultant, I contracted on key roles at Applied Materials, JDS Uniphase, CTB McGraw Hill and DirecTV Broadband. Handled specific individual roles to suit the needs of the clients. As an associate consultant when I started my career briefly in India for a year, I also contracted in key roles at NILE (Nava Bharat Industries) and NALCO (National Aluminum Company)
