I seek roles where I can lead ASPICE and AI-compliance process definition, mentor teams, and implement ISO/IEC 42001-aligned quality systems within automotive software development.

I am a process and quality lead with 7+ years of experience implementing ASPICE and driving UN Regulation 156 (SUMS) compliance across automotive software lifecycles. I map AI lifecycle controls from ISO/IEC 42001 and the EU AI Act into existing development processes, align risk management and data governance, and bridge communication between technical teams and compliance officers to ensure AI models meet organizational quality gates.

I have led process definition within the STAGES (MethodPark) framework, integrated AIMS requirements into software development, conducted audits of configuration items and CM tools, supported 8D field-failure analyses, and trained junior team members in ASPICE and ISO/IEC 42001 practices.
