At Metro Signs, I lead a three-person crew through sign-production jobs from intake to completion while serving as the direct client contact for local and commercial accounts.
I plan work, assign daily tasks, scope jobs, resolve change requests, and maintain the shop's CNC router, plasma cutter, channel bender, and computer systems under deadline. I also perform vinyl and graphic installation, vehicle wraps, renovation work, small electrical work, and boom-lift and bucket-truck operations.
Alongside production work, I built Metro Signs' website and a daily-use production-tracking app on Cloudflare Pages and Supabase. Through my NEONWRAPZ business, I quote customers, source materials, schedule projects, and deliver finished vinyl-wrap work.
