I've led transportation operations at Ontruck, supporting suppliers and clients while maximizing profitability and driving initiatives to improve margins and grow the supplier base.

As a Senior Operations Analyst, I organized vehicle availability around seasonality and demand, generated delivery routes to reduce mileage and empty trips, and negotiated over 1,800 merchandise shipments per month. I managed nationwide direct and cross-docking shipments from LTL or FTL assignment through delivery, while continuously improving automatic routing efficiency.

I've also managed delivery appointments for Amazon, El Corte Inglés, Lidl, and Consum, as well as transport incidents and new-user documentation. I'm completing a Master's in Supply Chain Operations Management at EAE Business School.
