Gabriel Britto

I’m a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong backend focus and 4+ years of professional experience building production systems. My main technologies are Node.js, Go, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, BullMQ, AWS, and WebSockets.

At Amigo Tech, I work on Amigo Flow, a WhatsApp-based communication and CRM platform used by 50+ clinics and processing 25K+ messages per day. I’ve worked on high-throughput messaging, webhook processing, real-time communication, lead management, appointment automation, and database performance. One of my recent projects involved optimizing a dashboard backed by PostgreSQL tables with 100M+ records, reducing load time from around 30 seconds to under 2 seconds through pre-aggregated data. I also re-engineered a 10K-record data pipeline in Go, reducing processing time from approximately 60 seconds to 5 seconds.

Beyond development, I take an active role in product discovery, technical refinement, architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentoring. I currently support a team of 4 developers and work closely with Product, Design, QA, and the Tech Lead to turn business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
