At SulAmérica, I support strategic initiatives in population health, provider network qualification, and member experience. I analyze health data and develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
I also develop and standardize operational workflows, identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement, and use Salesforce Health Cloud to direct members to qualified providers. I participate in multidisciplinary projects focused on operational efficiency and member experience.
Previously, at HealthBit – Health Intelligence, I supported health promotion, prevention, and telemonitoring programs. I followed up with participants, prepared health education presentations under a nurse’s supervision, and contributed to management and clinical reports.
