At Grupo STT, I led and created the contracting and social security enrollment area, handling 80–110 monthly hires and enrollments in line with Colombian labor legislation. I also published vacancies, assessed candidates, and prepared candidate profiles for clients.
At Fundación Internacional de La Rioja, I managed 30–40 monthly hires and enrollments and supported faculty selection. Across my HR roles, I’ve worked on payroll, employee records, onboarding, social security, and administrative processes, using tools including Odoo ERP, SIIGO, Nomifost, and Magneto ATS.
