What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deliver high-end residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial interiors where I can take concepts through BIM documentation, fit-out coordination, and site execution.

I've delivered high-end residential, retail, hospitality, and commercial interiors for BIMAX Engineering Specialists, FASO Construction, Elements Interior, and Adsells.

At FASO Construction, I delivered renovation and execution packages for 10 luxury villas totaling approximately 10,000 sqm, alongside a furniture showroom, salons, and office spaces. I led client presentations, material approvals, IFC documentation, and site coordination through handover.

In my current BIM-focused role, I develop coordinated architectural and interior drawing packages, including layouts, RCPs, material schedules, joinery details, and visual walkthroughs for UAE residential and mixed-use developments.

I combine space planning, material knowledge, 3D visualization, fit-out coordination, and construction understanding to turn design ideas into refined, buildable interiors.
