What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead QA initiatives, scale automation and mentoring, work in collaborative, growth-focused teams, and drive measurable quality improvements.

I am a QA Manager and Test Engineer with over five years of experience building test strategies, automations, and cross-functional teams across multiple countries. I lead test planning, API testing, and test automation while mentoring engineers to raise team capability.

At Purple Wave I manage a global team spanning Ghana, India, and the USA, led a successful database migration, standardized test documentation, and improved customer satisfaction by 93% through process and quality improvements.

Previously I progressed from front-end development into QA and email marketing roles at Lean Icon Technology, and delivered email development and training for Letshego Africa as a consultant. I also founded Djara Group Limited, where I built teams, crafted business plans, and led outreach and funding activities.

I continuously adopt new tooling and practices (Playwright, Cypress, Postman/Newman, JMeter, BurpSuite) and hold certifications including SAFe 5 DevOps Practitioner. I am passionate about mentoring, shift-left testing, and creating repeatable QA processes that enable fast, reliable delivery.
