At Manulife, I work with development teams to build CI/CD pipelines using modern GitOps practices, provision cloud infrastructure, and configure production monitoring. I also developed proof-of-concept integrations with Pinecone and FAISS for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation, and conversational AI workflows using LangChain.
At Scotia Bank, I built Jenkins pipelines and set up production monitoring, while supporting AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes deployments. Earlier, at CLOUDFORCE SOLUTIONS, I worked on cloud hosting and containerization; infrastructure-related build failures were reduced by 95%.
