Franca Chukwuka

I am a dedicated, student-focused educator committed to creating a well-balanced, supportive, and engaging learning environment for every learner. I collaborate with the school community to promote a shared educational philosophy, and I take pride in building trust with students and families.

In my current role as a Class Teacher / Upper Primary (8–10 years old), I prepare lesson plans and use technological soft-wares to enhance learning. I apply games and role play to strengthen articulation and mastery, and I prepare students for competitions and external examinations, while collaborating with school and parents to harness each student’s potential.

Previously, as a Class Teacher / Head of KS-1 Section, I taught children aged 5–8 through age class learning activities and engaging materials. I supervised and advised students and teachers across the day to support educational and social goals, communicated regularly with parents, and participated in staff meetings and ongoing training—while working closely with special needs children and their instructors.

Earlier in my career, I taught Nursery 2 / Grade 1 and also served as a Teaching Assistant, where I delivered creative, interactive, hands-on learning such as games and crafts, and tracked daily student performance using individual charts and files. I bring a strong foundation from my studies in Educational Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and B.Sc in Economics, supported by professional development including TRCN, Microsoft Certified Educator, Cambridge Professional Development in Primary Education, dyslexia training, British Curriculum foundation stage training, and Jolly Phonics training.
