I am a senior communications professional with 20+ years' experience structuring, writing, and optimising content that simplifies complex processes for diverse audiences. I specialise in knowledge resource development, instructional content and cross-functional collaboration in remote and hybrid environments.

I design structured documentation and knowledge materials including onboarding guides, FAQs, multi-platform help resources and AI-ready modules for digital banking and automotive service platforms.
