I’m an Ecuador-licensed attorney with 3+ years of combined law firm and public-sector experience, supporting litigation, intellectual property filings, and rights-protection programs. I’m recognized for legal drafting, docketing and deadline management, legal research, and clear client communication.

In my public-sector role with the Cantonal Council for the Protection of Rights, I formulated and mainstreamed local public policies for priority-attention groups and coordinated with courts, government agencies, and community organizations. I also designed rights-education workshops and served as custodian of sensitive institutional information, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

In private practice settings, I drafted and reviewed pleadings, motions, and appeals under attorney supervision, tracked court deadlines, and coordinated hearing dates and client meetings. I also supported intellectual property matters before SENADI by monitoring filings, maintaining case files and legal databases, and liaising across attorneys, clients, and third parties.
