As a DevOps Engineer, I have gained experience in implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), building microservices architectures, and automating cloud-based infrastructures using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. I have also worked with DevOps toolsets such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, BitBucket, and Git for CI/CD pipelines and release management activities.

In previous roles, I provided excellent customer support by resolving technical issues that arose, working with the development team to design appropriate solutions, setting up modeling, monitoring, and reporting processes, and implementing automation for these processes so that they could be easily repeated in the future.
