At NSM Insurance, I led the migration of 80+ legacy databases to Azure SQL platforms, implementing geo-replication and automated failover across three Azure regions.

I developed Terraform and ARM Templates solutions integrated with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. I also implemented monitoring across 500+ database performance metrics using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.

For critical business applications, I achieved 99.99% uptime and reduced RTO from four hours to eight minutes, with an RPO of 30 seconds. I designed HA/DR architecture using Azure SQL Failover Groups, Always On Availability Groups, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery.

Previously, at Blue Cross Blue Shield NC, I led migrations from SQL Server 2012/2014 to SQL Server 2019 and implemented security, availability, and automation solutions for healthcare databases. At Fajodan, I administered SQL Server environments and developed PowerShell automation and monitoring solutions.
