I seek a clinical role that values patient safety, collaborative teams, opportunities for leadership and mentoring, and continued professional growth in evidence-based nursing.

I am a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Public Health and a strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care. I bring clinical leadership experience from referral hospitals, overseeing patient assessment, triage, and complex care planning.

My background includes pediatric emergency assessment, infection prevention, medication administration, and care for high-acuity patients across multiple clinical rotations. I have led small teams, supervised students, and contributed to staffing and change-management initiatives.

I have a track record of improving workflow efficiency and reducing resource use through comprehensive care plans and documentation accuracy. I am skilled in interdisciplinary collaboration, clinical teaching, and mentoring junior staff and students.
