What I'm looking for

I’m seeking internship/entry level opportunities in accounting, finance or business management where I can contribute to organizational success, strengthen my professional experience, and keep building practical skills through real work.

I’m a final-year BSc Accounting and Finance with IT student at Maseno University, expecting to complete my degree in May 2026. I’ve built hands-on finance experience through industrial attachment at the Kisumu Hotel finance department.

During my attachment, I supported bank reconciliation, accounts payable, record keeping, and inventory balancing. I assisted with main and petty cash book analysis and maintenance, monitored and recorded expenditure, and contributed to financial reporting—strengthening both my accuracy and my attention to detail.

I’m proficient in MS Excel and Word, with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. I’m also comfortable using AI tools for tasks (copilot, chat gpt) and have applied tax planning and tax filing knowledge, along with sales invoice preparation and bookkeeping and accounting support—so I can contribute while continuing to grow professionally.
