I’m a Civil Engineer with experience across public and private construction projects, combining architectural and technical design with bidding processes, work budgeting, and detailed construction estimates. I focus on sustainable solutions, adapt to different demands, and stay strong on accuracy through collaboration with project managers, field teams, and clients.

In my roles as CEO at WELL DAN ENGENHARIA LTDA and LEONARDO DITTRICH MOREIRA & CIA, I managed comprehensive bidding and construction budgeting workflows—from feasibility analysis and design/bid documentation to quantity surveying, unit cost compositions, quotations, and overhead/profit calculations (BDI). I also developed engineering projects for historic buildings protected by IPHAN, and delivered practical site work such as stone paving, sidewalk construction, fencing/enclosure, industrial warehouse design/construction, fuel storage area management, technical inspections, and construction/relocation of playgrounds for public authorities. I bring BIM strength with Revit (complete technical projects across architecture, lighting, landscaping, drainage, electrical, and plumbing) and production-ready tools like AutoCAD and Lumion for design outputs and client-facing reports.
