My career has been built on accuracy and follow-through — from public health data management, to visa and travel client relations, walking people through one of the most stressful processes of their lives, to operations and HR at an early-stage startup, where I helped grow the customer base from scratch. I'm good with CRMs, client communication, and reporting — generally the person who notices what's falling through the cracks and fixes it. I recently completed a Virtual Assistant certification with ALX Africa to sharpen that further. Right now, I'm open — not chasing a title, just looking for a solid remote role where I can be useful from day one.
